About Me
My name is Crystal and I am a Registered Nurse with over 22 years experience in a variety of roles within healthcare including respiratory therapy, medical/surgical, pediatric intensive care unit, neonatal intensive care unit, emergency room, flight nursing, recovery room, infusion, education, and nurse coaching. I obtained my BSN from Northern Arizona University and will be completing my MSN in Nursing Leadership in May 2026.
After enduring my own health journey and professional trauma & adversity within nursing, I have set out on a mission to provide support and walk with others in building and discovering resilience & wholeness. As a Nurse Coach, I hope to partner with you on your journey. Strength is fostered by connection and support - nobody has to go it alone!
